Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any booking with Nila Beach. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Nila Beach (hereinafter referred to as “Nila Beach”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website nilabeach.com and provides tour and excursion services including Angel Rock, Whale Watching, Fishing Tours, Pigeon Island visits, and other water-based activities.
- These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, reservations, and use of services provided by Nila Beach.

Services
We offer the following main services:
- Angel Rock Tours (Private & Shared) Whale Watching Tours (Private & Shared) Fishing Tours (Lagoon, Deep Sea, Night Sea, Full Day) Pigeon Island Tours (Including Equipment) Other water sports and excursions as listed on the website. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety requirements.

Booking and Reservations
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels. A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. You must provide accurate personal information (name, contact, number of adults/children/infants). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Prices include taxes where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as per the agreed schedule. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods displayed during checkout. Any additional services selected during booking will be added to the total amount.

- Cancellations due to bad weather or safety reasons decided by Nila Beach will receive a full refund or free rescheduling (subject to availability).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Participants must be in good health and physically fit for the chosen activity.
- Pregnant women, people with back/neck problems, heart conditions, or other serious medical issues should consult a doctor before participating.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Life jackets and safety equipment will be provided and must be worn at all times during water activities.
- Nila Beach provides services with reasonable care and skill.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising from participation in our tours, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
- All water-based activities are subject to weather conditions and sea safety.
- Nila Beach reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to adverse weather, rough seas, or for safety reasons without prior notice.
- In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.
- We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by weather or unforeseen events (Force Majeure).
- Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Follow all instructions given by the captain, guide, or staff.
- Respect the marine environment — no littering, no touching coral, no feeding marine life unless permitted.
- Any damage caused by the customer to boats, equipment, or property will be charged to the customer.
- We may take photos and videos during tours for promotional purposes.
- By participating, you grant us permission to use such media unless you explicitly request otherwise.
